Synopsis

Why didn’t acting legend Margaret Rutherford want to play the movie role of Miss Marple? Why didn’t Queen of Crime Agatha Christie want “the funniest woman alive” to bring her fabled spinster to life? As the intriguing story unfolds, Agatha Christie turns detective to investigate the sadness she discerns beneath Margaret Rutherford’s jolly persona. The tragic, dark and shocking family secret is teased out into the open, and Margaret and Agatha form an unlikely friendship with the help of a nosy Spinster…..
