Please note: Box Office days and hours are subject to change and may vary at short notice. We recommend telephoning in advance before making a trip in person.


Tickets can be purchased online in advance of the performance. You can select your own seats (allocated for The Wharfeside Theatre; unallocated for the Wildman Studio) and pay securely. No booking fees apply. Tickets can also be bought in person or over the telephone during box office opening hours (see above for details) and on the door from an hour before the performance starts (subject to availability).


The Wildman Studio is on street level and there is a lift to the Wharfeside Theatre. Please contact the Box Office on 01943 609539 if you have any special requirements or need to book a wheelchair space


The concession prices apply to those who are aged 18 or under, 60 or over, Students and Greenroom members. We also offer one free ticket to the companion of a disabled person who is not able to attend the theatre unaccompanied.


One free ticket for every 9 tickets paid for. Please call the box office to arrange any group bookings.


All tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets for Ilkley Playhouse productions can be exchanged for an alternative night of the production (subject to availability). Any difference in ticket price must be paid. If the exchanged ticket is of a lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

Acts advertised for Stagefright Comedy Club are subject to change and refunds will only be given if Stagefright Comedy Club is completely cancelled.

A confirmation email (either displayed on a phone or printed out) will be required as proof of entry to an event. If you are unable to bring confirmation please check in with Box Office on arrival.


Please note, latecomers will not be admitted until the interval. If patrons arrive after the interval, or there is no interval, they will not be admitted. Tickets will not be refunded.


Where a performance is abandoned due to an evacuation, patrons will be offered an exchange to an alternative night of the same production. A refund will be offered if the patron is unable to make another performance or there is no availability. Please note that there will be no refunds if a customer chooses to go home but the performance continues.

Café and Bar

Our intimate bar and coffee lounge are the perfect spots for pre- and post-theatre drinks, and to catch up with friends.  Both are open from 7pm. The café is open from 2pm for matinees.  It is also available for hire.

Please note that traffic in the centre of Ilkley can be very busy during weekends. Please allow plenty of time for your journey if travelling by car.
