Personal information
Personal information is stored for the following individuals:
• Members
• Volunteers
• Green Room members
• People purchasing tickets
This information is used to keep in contact and to process ticket purchases. From time to time this personal information may be used by Ilkley Playhouse Limited for internal marketing purposes.
In cases where you have expressed an interest in volunteering, we will contact you with the name of the volunteer coordinator in the appropriate area/areas allowing you to make contact as necessary.

Cookies are used on our website to remember your preferences and enhance your online experience.
We use cookies to keep track of your basket as well as to identify how the website is being used and what improvements we can make.

The information we hold is stored on our Oscar Box office system. This is held in a UK-based data centre.

You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in this data corrected.
You also have the right to object to our processing of your personal information. Any objections you make to any processing of your data will be stored against your record on our system so that we can comply with your requests.
In certain circumstances, where we have no lawful basis for retaining your personal information, you may ask us to erase your data. Similarly, where specific circumstances apply, you may ask us to restrict our uses of your personal information.
