Parking 

Bradford Council have initiated parking regulations in Ilkley, including on street parking charges and residents only parking in many central areas.  

On-street parking charges, (free for the first 60 minutes then usually £1 an hour), apply between 8am and 6pm but some streets only allow a maximum of two hours. 

Long stay car parks can be found on Railway Road and South Hawksworth Street (£1 per hour up to a maximum of 6 hours during the day). These car parks also have an evening charge of £1 between 6pm and Midnight. 

Anyone dropping off, picking up or unloading outside the Stage Door at Ilkley Playhouse should also be aware that it is strictly 5 minutes waiting time. There must be a clear sign of loading/unloading e.g. a note in the window or an open boot.

Please note that traffic in the centre of Ilkley can be very busy during weekends so allow plenty of journey time if travelling by car.
