Ensuring Safety for Everyone (covid secure measures)

  • There are hand-sanitiser stations throughout the building, we ask that you use them regularly.
  • Face masks are strongly encouraged. While we respect that not everyone can wear a face covering, we trust that our visitors will make the right choice for themselves and others.
  • Relevant signage and instructions are displayed clearly.
  • We trust that you will be kind and respectful of each other’s space throughout the building.
  • We have a one-way system in place for Wildman performances to minimise crowding.
  • We are encouraging tickets to be purchased online via our website or by telephone or email, rather than in person.
  • Contactless payment is preferred.
  • We ask that you do not attend any event if you are unwell or have a temperature.
  • After the event, we ask you to vacate the premises immediately, unless the bar is open.
  • We are sanitising and cleaning all areas and equipment daily, including disinfectant fogging.
  • We are continuing to take your contact details either via the QR code app, your box office booking information or to sign in our visitor’s book on arrival. A QR code will also be displayed at the venue for checking in.
