Synopsis

Gaelforce, a superb Celtic Folk Rock Band from Yorkshire with Irish roots, is back by popular demand.


Chris Dyson – fiddle, vocal

Geoff Taylor – electric  guitars

Sammy Dowgill – bass, vocal

Jim Brierley – drums, vocal

Voted winner on the Great British Folk Festival Introducing Stage in January 2023 at Skegness, by public vote to an audience of 3000 people. Since winning the GBFF, Gaelforce have been selling out ticketed gigs in Yorkshire & beyond and attracting plenty of interest from festivals. Already booked for the West Coast Festival in Blackpool January 2024 & Costa Festival in Portugal 2024.


Gaelforce play folk rocked up mainly traditional folk songs & some original songs with some jigs n reels.
