Synopsis

Chris Bannister is returning to the Wildman Studio with his tribute to ‘The Music of John Denver’, featuring a set that includes both new songs and some of the Christmas songs that John loved to perform live.

For over 15 years, Chris has toured the world, keeping John Denver’s legacy alive with some of his most beloved hits, including Rocky Mountain High, Annie’s Song, Calypso, Leaving On A Jet Plane, and many more.

This acoustic show highlights the lyrics that made John Denver one of the best-selling solo artists of all time. Chris’s distinctive vocal style has often drawn comparisons to the legendary American singer, but from the very beginning, he has maintained his own identity, choosing not to imitate John’s visual performance style. He is recognised as one of the finest interpreters of John Denver’s music worldwide.
